NeoLiv to Develop Premium Plotted Township in Faridabad with Projected Sales of ₹2300 Crore

Real estate company NeoLiv has signed an agreement to develop a 62-acre township in Faridabad, with an estimated gross development value of ₹2,300 crore. Located in Sectors 98 and 99A, near the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor, the project will offer custom-designed plots for villas and floors, along with retail spaces.

Faridabad Realty : Neoliv Launches Residential Plots and Omaxe Sells Luxury Homes and Commercial Units

Neoliv Group has launched a new residential plot project in Faridabad, in sectors 98 and 99A, offering plots for custom homes with amenities like landscaped gardens and 24/7 security.. Omaxe has reported sales of 173 luxury homes for app. Rs 800 crore and 120 commercial units for Rs 160 crore in its newly launched projects, 'Omaxe Residences' and 'The Grand Europe,' part of 'World Street by Omaxe' township, (delivery 2030)
