GHMC has demolished the old Moosarambagh bridge over the Musi River due to safety concerns after it sustained significant damage during recent floods, leading to cracks and exposed structural elements. Traffic has been diverted via the Golnaka bridge, causing inconvenience to pedestrians. A new six-lane high-level bridge is planned for the site at a cost of ₹52 crore and is expected to be completed by March next year.
