Jaipur is facing a critical water shortage despite the Bisalpur Dam being full. The crisis is attributed to 33 major leaks in the 17-year-old Bisalpur pipeline and lack of long-term planning. The infrastructure, designed for the city's 2021 population, is struggling to meet the demands of 2026.

The completion of the 80-foot road in Jagatpura is seen as a significant infrastructure upgrade that will directly improve access to key economic zones like Malviya Nagar, Sanganer, and Jaipur Airport. This development is expected to catalyze the real estate market in Jagatpura, which is already experiencing growth due to infrastructure projects.

The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) is set to introduce a trackable online system for civic services starting Monday. This initiative aims to improve transparency and efficiency in service delivery, making it easier for citizens to access and monitor civic amenities.

Several new residential projects have been launched in Jaipur, including Ashiana Gomti Apartments(in Bichpari), Aashish The Meridien( in C-Scheme), and Vanshdeep Vision 204 (in Pratap Nagar) . These projects offer various apartment configurations and are expected to be completed between September and December 2026.

The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) is planning to construct Jaipur's longest elevated road over the rejuvenated Dravyawati River stretch. The proposed corridor could span the entire 47 km stretch of the river or involve multiple flyovers covering specific sections. This project aims to improve traffic flow and connectivity within the city, building upon the earlier rejuvenation of the Dravyawati River.
