CMC has floated tenders for the construction of new community centres and the reconstruction of existing ones in various sectors, including Sector 24, Sector 29, Sector 51, Bapudham Colony (Sector 26), Manimajra, and Sector 63. These projects, with an estimated cost of over ₹10 crore for Sector 24 and ₹8 crore for Sector 29, aim to provide enhanced amenities and facilities to residents.

The Mohali Municipal Corporation has approved a series of development projects aimed at enhancing the city's infrastructure and public amenities. These initiatives include over 72 projects worth approximately ₹38 crore focusing on road infrastructure improvements. Additionally, funds are allocated for upgrading sports facilities with open-air gyms, yoga sheds, and badminton and basketball courts in various parks.

The Tricity region (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula) is experiencing a property market boom driven by improved infrastructure, connectivity, and a focus on quality of life, making it a preferred choice for homebuyers and investors. The post-pandemic shift in homebuyer preferences, combined with better air quality and lower population density in Tier-II cities, has positioned Panchkula and Mohali as promising real estate growth corridors.
