These projects will introduce over 16,700 units, including residential, commercial, and industrial spaces, signaling strong developer confidence and a robust supply pipeline for homebuyers and investors.

Residents of several housing societies in Sectors 99-102, Gurugram, have reported environmental, sanitation, and regulatory violations, including illegal dumping, landfilling, construction debris, air pollution, and open garbage burning.
