The upcoming 2030 Commonwealth Games are expected to further stimulate the real estate sector.

PM's urban challenge fund approved a substantial ₹2719.80 crore for six major infrastructure projects in Ahmedabad. Key among these are a comprehensive drainage system revamp, sludge management facilities, and the introduction of a common mobility card for public transit.

CREDAI Ahmedabad, in a high-level meeting with over 400 builders, has decided to increase property prices effective July 1, 2026. New projects will see a 10% price hike, while ongoing projects will experience a 5% increase. This decision is attributed to rising raw material costs, labor shortages, and global supply chain disruptions. However, customers can still book properties at old rates until June 30, 2026.
