this area is a small census town in north 24 parganas area of the Kolkata suburb. it is a developing area and is located in barasat, a major connecting point to kolkatas main city. located in the north part of the city, it has close proximity to the it hub of the city, namely, Salt Lake City, via roadways and railways. people are used to travelling daily to office in this neighbouring office and tech hub, and bamangachhi has many flats and houses in offer to such a crowd.
currently, there are only 2 properties available in this area for sale. these are 2 bhk houses and are within the price range of 50 – 70 lacs. there are no properties available for rent. in fact, the area has such good vibes and longevity in terms of property dealings that most properties are only sold here and that too bought by long term buyers who want to live here and enjoy the locality for a major part of their lives.
