Bengaluru Home Sales Rise 5% in H1 2026 Amidst Rising Property Prices
Bengaluru's real estate market has shown robust growth in the first half of 2026, with residential sales increasing by 5% yoy to 27,968 units. Property prices have also seen a 9% rise, reaching ₹9,354 per SF. This growth is attributed to strong housing demand, record office leasing, and expansion of Global Capability Centres (GCCs).
