Patna Metro's priority elevated stretch passes safety inspection

The elevated stretch of the Patna Metro from Bhoothnath to Malahi Pakri, a key part of Corridor II, has successfully passed a safety inspection by the Chief Commissioner of Metro Railway Safety. This 2.75 km section, including Khemnichak station, is set to open soon, completing the priority elevated corridor and boosting urban mobility.

Patna Infrastructure Development and Civic Improvements

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar inspected the Patna-Bettiah Expressway, a 164-km greenfield project expected to halve travel time to West Champaran to three hours and boost economic development in North Bihar. The first section is slated for completion by April 2027, with the entire project expected by 2027-2028.
