UP RERA Issues New Guidelines for Stalled Projects and Refund Liability
UP RERA has reissued guidelines clarifying refund liability in stalled housing projects. The new rules state that a group of allottees or a competent authority completing such projects will not be liable for refund orders previously issued against the original promoter.
