Bengaluru's Building Norms Relaxed: Six-Floor Buildings Allowed on Mid-Sized Plots
Bengaluru's cityscape is set for a transformation with CM announcing that buildings on mid-sized plots of 2,400 sq ft can now rise to 21 meters (six floors). This move, coupled with a one-time exemption for occupation certificates (OC) to avail electricity connections, aims to provide relief to stalled projects and potentially moderate high rental costs.
