CIDCO to Develop International Corporate Park in Kharghar
CIDCO has invited bids to develop a 120-acre International Corporate Park in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, aiming to create a business district similar to Mumbai's BKC. The region has 32.7 million sq ft of prime office space, with an additional 23.5 million sq ft expected by 2031, positioning it as a significant commercial and digital hub.
