The Maharashtra cabinet has approved a new policy for the integrated and cluster redevelopment of MHADA colonies measuring 20 acres or more. Simultaneously, Birla Estates is expanding into Mumbai's redevelopment market, engaging in advanced discussions for projects in South Mumbai, Bandra, Juhu, and Khar, partnering with old housing societies to construct modern towers with enhanced amenities.
