They unveiled this project to break a world record for the world’s tallest residential tower. This unique partnership between these two international businesses aims to combine the excellence and competence of their rich historical backgrounds in real estate and the watch industries.
The Binghatti Jacob and Co Residences Tower will be unveiled in a grand ceremony on Wednesday, 16th November 2022 (Wednesday) at the biggest multi-use indoor hall in the Middle East, the Coca-Cola Arena located in Dubai’s City Walk neighbourhood. This newly projected high-rise residential tower, Binghatti Jacob and Co Residences will set a new bar for luxury real estate in Dubai and worldwide.
The distinctive skyscraper ushers in a modern age of opulent living and strive to set a record to become one of the world’s tallest residential towers. It is situated in the centre of Business Bay, Dubai’s busiest and most famous financial sector.
The proposed residential tower will have over 100 storeys consisting of 2 and 3-BHK luxurious residential flats, which can later be customised to your convenience.
The Binghatti Jacob and Co Residences provide many floors equipped with top-notch amenities, including a gym, a luxury spa, and an outdoor infinity pool that offers panoramic views of the cityscape of Dubai. A professional concierge staff of the tower offers specialised commercial services, including daycare, a chauffeur, a bodyguard, and a private chef housed in the integrated skyscraper.

Binghatti compared what Jacob and Co. have accomplished in the watch and jewellery industries to what Binghatti accomplished in the real estate industry. The two built a brand around a distinctive design philosophy and architectural character.
The Binghatti Jacob and Co Residences’ final height has not yet been disclosed to the public. However, New York’s Central Park Tower currently holds the record for the tallest residential structure, with a height of 472.4 metres.
Currently, the record for Dubai’s tallest residential tower is held by Princess Tower, which is 393 metres tall. Dubai is quite famous for its premium range of skyscrapers.
