Marriott Commits to South Asia Expansion, Adds Thousands of Rooms

Marriott International, the world’s largest hotel chain known for its vast number of rooms, has reaffirmed its strong investment in South Asia. The company has signed 28 hotel deals in 2023 and continues to pursue additional opportunities in the region. The development pipeline includes over 4,600 rooms across South Asian countries, which comprise India, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.
