While real estate markets across the country have been struggling to gain a foothold in the post-lockdown scenario, cities in the South have shown some positive signs. Slowly but gradually sales have inched up in markets such as Bangalore and Hyderabad.

So, what is it that makes the southern real estate markets more resilient to market dynamics? “Competitive pricing and higher income generation capacity”, explains J C Sharma.
