Novak Djokovic's House

“In my case, I can sincerely say nothing is impossible.”-Novak Djokovic

Lionised as the Serbinator of international tennis, Novak Djokovic has a property profile that stretches across the USA, Monaco, Spain and Serbia.

What started as a novice hobby, transpired into a jolting sports career. It comes as no surprise that Novak has been ranked world number one by the Association of Tennis Professionals for a record total of 373 weeks!

The tennis star has captured his seventh Wimbledon title after beating Nick Kyrgios in centre court in the Wimbledon’s Men Singles Final. After the four-set win, Nole attained the 21st Grand Slam Title. He is now just one trophy behind Roger Federer’s record of eight Wimbledon titles, and one Grand Slam title away from beating Rafael Nadal’s record of 22 major trophies, to becoming a велемајстор (grand master) in the world of tennis!

After facing issues with his visa during the Australian Open 2022, Novak Djokovic’s house in Marbella became a dwelling space for his family. In December 2020, Nole decided to make it his primary residence, after living in Monte Carlo for over 15 years.

From penthouses in Manhattan and Belgrade to a hillside mansion in Monte Carlo, the 21-time Grand Slam champion has attained numerous realty assets over the years. The most recent addition is his Miami beach condo which he purchased back in 2020.

Novak’s lavish mansion in Marbella consists of nine bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a game room, swimming pool, cinema room, gym, tennis court, on-site spa and a sauna. The star has given a glimpse of his beautiful house and tennis court practice sessions on Instagram. When the world was under lockdown, Nole used his living room as a court, batting the ball over an array of dining space chairs. Novak Djokovic’s house was converted into a training centre before he left for Melbourne.

Spirited artwork is something that Jelena and Novak must be in love with as it is spread across their home. A massive abstract painting is hung in the dining room with a sculpture of an animal right outside, covered in a bestrewn tint. The couple has a huge patio sofa set to enjoy the scenic views under the shaded terrace, surrounded by substantial white pillars.

The mansion consists of a huge hallway, with an extended staircase, whittled railings and a huge wooden front gate that looks extremely regal.

The star bought two condos in 565 Broome SoHo, in Pritzker Prize-winning architect Renzo Piano’s first residential project in New York. The 2000 square feet condos are not located next to each other and neither are combined into one single home.

The apartment has Parisian interiors along with customised cabinetry. The 30-storey glass tower fits huge windows to overlook the Manhattan skyline. This structure provides a spacious dimension to the apartment.
