What is Aadhaar Card?

An Aadhaar Card refers to the 12-digit unique identification code issued by UIDAI (Unique Identification Authority of India) to all residents of India. Step 1: Visit the official website of the e-Sharm card.

Step 2: Click on the ‘Register on e-Shram option. 

Step 3: You will be redirected to the new page. Fill out the details for the registration process, such as the mobile number linked with your Aadhaar Card, a valid captcha, and so on.

Step 4: After entering the valid OTP, enter the details like the Aadhaar Card number, Captcha number, and submit them.

Step 6: Further, you can upload the required documents like personal details, education information, occupation and skills, bank account proof, and address proof and submit them. 

The eligibility criteria for the e-Shram link Aadhaar are as follows:

  • The inhabitant must not be a member of EPFO (Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation) ​​or ESIC( Employees’ State Insurance Corporation). 
  • User age ought to range from 16 to 59 years old.
  • An applicant must not pay income taxes.

This scheme aims to educate poor rural youngsters and offer them employment opportunities that pay above or equal to the basic wage.
Garib Kalyan Rozgar Yojana People working in 20 different types of jobs are eligible. For example, cattle barns, poultry enclosures, goat shacks, and employees on expressways, well renovations, etc. This scheme will provide work opportunities for 155 days.
Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Antyodaya Yojana (Day) Any Indian inhabitants who want to receive skill training This scheme’s objective is to improve knowledge and self-employment for the user. It also provides financial support. 
PM SVANidhi The street vendors must have permission from the urban local bodies. Besides, if any vendors are identified as working illegally, penalty charges will be imposed on them. To make a retained earnings mortgage of up to ₹10,000 possible.It encourages timely instalments of digital payments. 
Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) Dropouts Students from the 12th grade or 10th grade can register in PMKVY to enhance their knowledge and skills.Beneficial to any applicant of Indian citizen from 18 and 45 age.  Building an environment in which youth can choose wisely between accessible skilling opportunities.Give youth assistance with skill education and certification.Encourage the development of long-term skill centres to increase privatisation.Throughout the mechanism, 8 lakh young people will benefit (2020 to 2021).
Prime Minister Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP) The applicant must be at least 18 years old. Furthermore, an individual must be the 8th pass for the above ₹10 lakhs. projects.  Schemes to provide financial support for the establishment of new businesses.

How to Cancel e-Shram Card?

The cancellation of the e-Shram link Aadhaar card can be done both online and offline. 

Online Process to Cancel e-Shram Card
