Alia Bhatt’s new apartment in Bandra

Alia Bhatt, one of the leading actors in Bollywood today, bought a new home in October this year in the same building where her rumored boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor is currently living. While Ranbir is currently living on the 7^th floor, Alia’s new home is on the 6^th floor.

This tower is close to Krishna Raj’s bungalow and interior designer Gauri Khan will be doing the interiors of the house.

Hritik Roshan’s new apartment- with  an unrestricted view of the Arabian Sea 

Bollywood’s handsome hunk  Hritik Roshan purchased two apartments somewhere around May 2020 and has plans to integrate them for a ‘’mansion in the air’’. While one apartment is a duplex, the other one is a single-storey that offers panoramic views of the Arabian Sea.  

The apartments are on the 14th, 15th, and 16th floor of a building in Juhu Versova Link road that comes with a 6,500 Sq.Ft. open sky terrace and an exclusive lift. Hritik will also have access to a massive parking space which has a capacity for 10 cars.  

Kangana Ranaut’s elegant office cum studio 

Another Bollywood property that hit the headlines several times in 2020 was Kangana Ranaut’s office in Pali Hill, Mumbai. The actress had inaugurated her home cum office space after the launch of her production house Manikarnika films. This property had been a hot topic of discussion after it was demolished by BMC on the grounds of being declared illegal. 

The Interiors 

The custom-made interiors are inspired by European architecture. The ground floor has a dedicated space for writing scripts and for creative discussions. This airy property also has a meditation room. 

Ayushman Khurrana’s new home

Actor Ayushmann Khurrana and his brother Aparshakti Khurana bought a new home together for the whole family in Panchkula in July 2020. Both these actors wanted to buy a house where the Khurana family could stay together.

Bhumi Pednekar’s gorgeous home in Mumbai 

One of the finest actors in Bollywood, Bhumi Pednekar’s high-rise apartment in Mumbai overlooking the sea on one side will surely steal your heart. Her home has a mix of elegant, classic, and modern interiors.

Bhumi’s favourite spot is her couch in the living room where she enjoys her tea or coffee with a stunning view of the sea. The actor has a mini garden on her balcony where she has been cultivating tomatoes, brinjals, and chillies. 

The main highlight of Bhumi’s apartment is her grand chandelier that gives a royal look to her home with subtle colour tones in the rest of the room. The other corner of her living room has a statue and paintings of Budha and Shiva that gives a soothing vibe to her home. 

Yami Gautam’s new Home in Chandigarh

The gorgeous Vicky Donor actress bought her new home in the place where her family resides- Chandigarh- around February 2020. Yami always wanted a home where her family lives, so that she can spend leisure time with them. While the work on interiors is still going on Yami has already reserved a reading space in her new duplex.
