Aadhaar Online Customer Care Portal

You can easily inquire through the ‘UIDAI’s Public Grievance Portal’ for Aadhaar. This website is also known as the Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS). However, only a registered user can log in to the complaint section of the website. If you are a new user, fill out and submit the registration form.

Aadhaar Grievance Submission Process for Registered Users

Below are the steps to lodge your Aadhaar grievances in the CPGRAMS portal. 

Step 1: Go to the official CPGRAMS website.

Step 2: Choose your preferred language from the dropdown on the right, just before the Sign in tab.

Step 3: Click on Sign in. Once redirected to the login page, enter your mobile number/email id/username, password and security code. Click on Login. 

Step 4: Go to the main page of the CPGRAMS website and click on Grievance in the main menu.

Step 5: Select Lodge Public Grievance, write your issues and submit.

Once the grievance is lodged, the issue is further analysed. It is only approved and addressed by the regional office of the concerned city or the department of the headquarter after seeking permission by the Deputy Director (UIDAI’s Grievance Officer) of the department.

In case there are any final replies that need to be given, the department or the regional office does the same through the portal itself.
