Hero Motocorp Ltd. is engaged in the manufacturing, marketing, development, distribution, and sale of two-wheelers along with their accessories and parts. Its primary product category ranges scooters, motorcycles, and their spare parts. The scooter product of Hero motocorp includes Destini 125 Bs6, New Maestro Edge 110, New Maestro Edge 125 Bs6, Pleasure + Xtec. The motorcycle product line of Hero Motocorp includes Glamour Xtec, New Glamour Xtec, Glamour Bs6, New Super Splendour, Passion Pro Bs6, Splendour + Bs6, Splendour Ismart Bs6, Super Splendour Bs6, Xpulse 200 Bs6, Xpulse 200 4v, Xpulse 200t, Xtreme 160r Bs6, Xtreme 200s.

The accessory range of Hero Motocorp includes tank pads, step women, side grabs, seat covers, rim tapes, merchandise, knee pads, helmets, grip covers, fenders, engine guards, and bungee nets. Also, it has eight special manufacturing services, of which six are in India (Chittoor, Gurugram, Neemrana, Haridwar, Gujarat, and Dharuhera) and one each in Bangladesh and Colombia.

Hero Motocorp is one of the biggest manufacturers of two wheelers in the world. The company was incorporated in 1984 as a joint venture between Honda of Japan and Hero Cycles of India. Hero Motocorp raised a proposal to join the investment arm of its parent company, Hero Investment Private Limited, along with the automarketer.

The decision turned into action 18 months post its split from the Hero Hona. It’s an Indian multinational two wheeler manufacturer company which is headquartered in New Delhi. The company has around 37.1 market share in India. According to the 2021 data, the company had a market cap of around ₹59,600 crore.
